We are pleased to invite you to participate in the round table of the research conducted on implementation of the article 9 of the UNECE Convention “On Access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice in environmental matters” which will take place on March 27 at 16 p.m.
One of the stages of research is to fill in the questionnaires by the national experts (Gor Movsisyan-Armenia) and organization of discussions of it with the relevant stakeholders. The research is initiated in the countries of Eastern Europe, Caucasus, Central Asia and is aimed to reveal obstacles on the way of execution of the rights to access to justice in environmental matters by natural entities, their groups and legal entities.
The researched is launched and is carried out under the auspicious of the Task Force on Access to Justice of the Aarhus Convention and the outcomes will be presented during the 5th Session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Aarhus Convention.

Today, the candle lighting in memory of the 1.5 million innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide was organized in the foyer of YSU main building.
